This program is intended for every Muslim woman from the age of 15 and above, who wants to strengthen her knowledge of Islam, learn from the classical sources of Islamic heritage, and practice her religion in her everyday life.
How long does this program last?
Year 1 students will attend 8 live sessions weekly, from September this year to June following year. One year of the program consists of Fall, Spring, and Summer semester, with breaks in between.

What Forms of Payment does Jannah Institute accept?
Full payments should be made online through the JI Website during the registration process. We accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal.
Tuition must be paid by the semester in full prior to the first class. There are case-by-case exceptions for monthly payments in which fees are due on the 1st business day of each month.
Is financial aid offered?
Yes, financial aid is offered on a case-by-case basis.

I registered for classes but wish to withdraw. What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are issued if requests are 24 hours before the class start date. A 25% refund is issued after two weeks of class start date. Course tuition is non-refundable after two weeks of purchase date. Please CLICK HERE to view the full Refund Policy.
What are the office hours?
Our office hours are Sunday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM CST. To schedule an appointment please email [email protected]. If you reach out to us outside of these hours please give us 24-48 hours to respond.
Should I expect quizzes and tests?
Yes. There will be regular homework assignments, quizzes and a final exam at the end of each semester.
Will I receive a lesson plan for the class?
Yes. Your lesson plan and any additional class materials will be located in your classroom.
Will there be homework and is it required?
Homework assignments are for your personal benefit. You will be required to submit them.
How long will I have access to the recording?
All registered students will have LIFETIME access to the recordings.
Can my family members attend the class with me?
All students who attend the classes must be registered.
Will I receive a certificate at the completion of the class?
Yes, certificates are issued after successful completion of the program.
What is the camera policy?
All students are obliged to have their cameras on during live sessions, unless there is a valuable excuse which the student reports to the Teacher assistant of the class. Jannah Institute reserves the right to exclude a student from the live session if the camera policy is not met.
Do I have to sign up for the whole program, or can I sign up for individual courses?
Currently, we offer only full-time option for this program.
Can I work and attend the program?
Yes, InshaAllah! The classes will be recorded and the students will have access to the recordings even if they cannot attend live sessions.
What do I need to attend the Year of Knowledge program?
You will need a laptop or computer with a strong Internet connection to attend the live sessions, and submit your homework assignments, quizzes, and final exams.
Is this program available for international students?
All of the courses at Jannah institute are available for international students. Class timings are in Central Standard Time (CST). Compare your time zone here.
Where can I find the books for the classes?
Students will receive all information about the course and the classes including the books one week before the start of the program.
Where is my classroom located?
Your classroom is located at www.jannahinstitute.org You need to login with the email and password that you registered with. Your classes will be saved under the “My Courses” section in the students’ portal.
I cannot attend live sessions. What should I do?
We designed an attendance policy for students who cannot attend live sessions. More details will be provided at the beginning of the school year.
