What is the process after registering for an online class?
You will receive a confirmation email that registration is processed. You can then login at www.jannahinstitute.org. Your class will be accessible from the "My Courses" page.
I’m already currently a student, do I have to re-enroll?
Yes, all students must re-enroll for every course.
Can I register for more than one class?
Yes, you may register for more than one class at a time.

What Forms of Payment does Jannah Institute accept?
Full payments should be made online through the JI Website during the registration process. We accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal.
What is the tuition policy?
Tuition must be paid by the semester in full prior to the first class. There are case-by-case exceptions for monthly payments in which fees are due on the 1st business day of each month. If tuition is not paid after 3 days of the 1st business day of the month, a late fee may be applied.
Do you offer sibling discount?
Yes, we offer a 25% sibling discount if siblings register at the same time.
You will need to provide your children’s names & details of the course (s) you wish to register them.
Is financial aid offered?
Yes, financial aid is offered on a case-by-case basis.

How can I apply for financial aid and what documents are required?

For financial aid consideration, the following information is required to be submitted along with the application:
Student’s most recent Federal tax form or W-2 form (if employed); or her dependent’s (if unemployed); or both- as applicable.
Or Any other documentation as a proof of total annual household income
I registered for classes but wish to withdraw. What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are issued if requests are within one week of purchasing the class. A 25% refund is issued after one week. Course tuition is non-refundable after two weeks of purchase date. Please see JI Policies and Procedures for more details.
What are the office hours?
Our office hours are Sundaythrough Thursdayfrom 9 AM to 5 PM CST. To schedule an appointment please email [email protected]. If you reach out to us outside of these hours please give us 24-48 hours to respond.
Should I expect quizzes and tests?
No.
Will I receive a lesson plan for the class?
Yes. Your lesson plan and any additional class materials will be located in your classroom.
What class materials do I need to bring to class?
Students should have note-taking materials such as a notebook, pencils, and pens. Students are encouraged to bring a Qur’an.
Will there be homework and is it required?
Homework assignments are for your personal benefit. You do not need to submit them.
How long will I have access to the recording?
All registered students will have access to the class for 6 months.
Can my family members attend the class with me?
All students who attend the classes must be registered.
Can I have access to prior online/ onsite courses from previous years?
