What Forms of Payment does Jannah Institute accept?
Full payments should be made online through the JI Website during the registration process. We accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal.
What is the tuition policy?
Tuition must be paid in full prior to the first class.Â
For some courses, Monthly payment plan is available, in which case, payment must be made every 30 days. (This is not a subscription)
Do you offer sibling discount?
Yes, we offer a 25% sibling discount if siblings register at the same time.

You will need to provide your children’s names & details of the course(s) you wish to register them.
Is financial aid offered?
Yes, financial aid is offered on a case-by-case basis.
To apply send your form to finance@jannahinstitute.org as soon as possible. You application will be assessed and you will be emailed a decision.
How can I apply for financial aid and what documents are required?

For financial aid consideration, the following information is required to be submitted along with the application:
Student’s most recent Federal tax form or W-2 form (if employed); or her dependent’s (if unemployed); or both- as applicable.

What are the office hours?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM CST.
If you reach out to us outside of these hours please give us 24-48 hours to respond.Â
Is Jannah Institute off for government holidays and breaks?
Jannah Institute may be off on some government holidays, and is off on major holidays and breaks such as Eid break. Please contact office@jannahinstitute.org for more details.
Will I be able to ask questions during and after the class?
Yes, you will be able to ask questions during the class as well as email any questions you may have after the class.
Can my family members attend with me?
All students who attend the classes/programs must be registered.

Onsite classes are held at Jannah Institute Center at 5540 Trabuco Rd. Suite 200 Irvine, 92620 CA
Is this program available to international students?
Some onsite classes also offered as online classes aswell.Â
International students should register for the online version of the class.

Pure intention and sincere desire to learn
Notebook and a pen to write your notes. if you prefer to write on your tablet, you can bring it with you.
Cellphones will not be allowed during the sessions.

What is the process after registering for an online class?
You will receive a confirmation email that registration is processed. You will receive another email that includes course details and instructions for how to join the class one week before classes begin.Â
Are new enrollments accepted during an ongoing semester?
All students are advised to enroll before the closing dates. In selected classes, conditional admissions are available on a case-to-case basis. Some classes have ongoing enrolment and registration may remain open on the website. Please refer to the Courses page for details.
Can I register for more than one class?
Yes, you may register for more than one class at a time.
I live in Irvine, can I enroll as an online student?
Yes, you may enroll onsite or online
What if I miss a class?
We encourage students to make every effort to attend class. Please inform the course TA with the reason for your absence.
How can I join the class?
Classes will be held onsite at Jannah Institute and live on Zoom (https://zoom.us/). You will be emailed the Meeting ID and Passcode to join your class once you register for the course and pay your tuition. Further details will be provided after registration.
Will I be able to ask questions during and after the class?
Yes, you will be able to ask questions during the class as well as email any questions you may have after the class.
Should I expect quizzes and tests?
Yes. Students may receive quizzes and tests throughout the semester and varies with each instructor.
Will I receive a lesson plan for the class?
Yes. You will receive lesson plans on the first day of class.
What class materials do I need to bring to class?
Students should have note-taking materials such as a notebook, pencils, and pens.Â
Will there be homework and is it required?
Homework assignments vary depending on the instructor. Please ask the instructor for more details regarding homework at the beginning of the course.
Will the classes be recorded?
Yes, classes will be recorded and shared with registered students. Recordings may not be shared with anyone else.
How long will I have access to the recording?
All registered students in the Islamic Studies courses will have access to the recording for 9 months, following the last day of the class.
Can my family members attend the class with me?
All students who attend the classes must be registered.
Can I have access to prior online/ onsite courses from previous years?
Some previously recorded classes are made available under Islamic Studies section. More courses may be added gradually.Â
Will I receive a certificate at the completion of the class?
Certificates of Completion are issued on a course by course basis. Please ask the course TA for more information.
