Is financial aid offered?
Yes, financial aid is offered on a case-by-case basis.

What are the office hours?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM CST.
If you reach out to us outside of these hours please give us 24-48 hours to respond.
Is Jannah Institute off for government holidays and breaks?
Jannah Institute may be off on some government holidays, and is off on major holidays and breaks such as Eid break. Please contact [email protected] for more details.
Will I be able to ask questions during and after the class?
Yes, you will be able to ask questions during the class as well as email any questions you may have after the class.
Can my family members attend with me?
All students who attend the classes/programs must be registered.
What is the process after registering for an online class?
You will receive a confirmation email that registration is processed. You will receive another email that includes course details and instructions for how to join the class one week before classes begin.
I’m already currently a student, do I have to re-enroll?
Yes, all students are to re-enroll at the beginning of each term.
Are new enrollments accepted during an ongoing semester?
All students are advised to enroll before the closing dates. In selected classes, conditional admissions are available on a case-to-case basis. Some classes have ongoing enrolment and registration may remain open on the website. Please refer to the Courses page for details.
Can I register for more than one class?
Yes, you may register for more than one class at a time.
I live in Irvine, can I enroll as an online student?
Yes, you may enroll onsite or online
What if I miss a class?
We encourage students to make every effort to attend class. Please inform the course TA with the reason for your absence.
How can I join the class?
Classes will be held onsite at Jannah Institute and live on Zoom (https://zoom.us/). You will be emailed the Meeting ID and Passcode to join your class once you register for the course and pay your tuition. Further details will be provided after registration.
Will I be able to ask questions during and after the class?
Yes, you will be able to ask questions during the class as well as email any questions you may have after the class.
Should I expect quizzes and tests?
Yes. Students may receive quizzes and tests throughout the semester and varies with each instructor.
Will I receive a lesson plan for the class?
Yes. You will receive lesson plans on the first day of class.
What class materials do I need to bring to class?
Students should have note-taking materials such as a notebook, pencils, and pens. Students are encouraged to bring a Qur’an.
Will there be homework and is it required?
Homework assignments vary depending on the instructor. Please ask the instructor for more details regarding homework at the beginning of the course.
Will the classes be recorded?
Yes, classes will be recorded and shared with registered students. Recordings may not be shared with anyone else.
How long will I have access to the recording?
All registered students in the Islamic Studies courses will have access to the recording for 9 months, following the last day of the class.
Can my family members attend the class with me?
All students who attend the classes must be registered.
Can I have access to prior online/ onsite courses from previous years?
Some previously recorded classes are made available under Islamic Studies section. More courses may be added gradually.
Will I receive a certificate at the completion of the class?
Yes, certificates are issued after successful completion of each class.
