A student can enroll in any course of her choice. It is a student's responsibility to read the prerequisites clearly mentioned for each course and ensure she meets the criteria before enrolling. If a student is unsure about her readiness for a course, she is encouraged to email the course instructor (listed on the course registration page) or the Year of Quran coordinator: [email protected]. 

All students are advised to enroll before registration closes (due to full capacity) or the first day of class. For courses that do not fill up by the first day of class, registration will remain open and student is encouraged to contact the course instructor to better understand how much work she needs to do to catch up with the rest of the class. Course instructor email address is provided in the course registration page. 

Please enroll early to avoid disappointment as the class sizes for our Quranic Alphabet, Tajweed and Memorization is very limited and class capacity will not be increased once it fills up.

Yes, you may register for more than one course in a given academic year. Please keep in mind that it is the student's responsibility to dedicate the  time and effort necessary to successfully complete each course.

Tuition payment should be made online through the Jannah Institute website at the time of registration. We accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal.

At the time of registration, student may select to pay the course tuition as one-time fulfillment (additional $40 discount) or in monthly installments (automatically setup on our website). For the monthly installment plan, if automatic payment fails for any reason in our system, then we reserve the right to revoke student's access to the course and/or restrict access to her JI student account. 

Yes, we offer a 25% sibling discount if siblings register at the same time.

Financial aid is offered on a case-by-case basis. To apply, fill out and submit this form. You are required to submit tax forms from 2025 as proof of household income. Without official supporting documents, your application will not be processed.

Your application will be assessed and you will be emailed after two weeks of applying. For any questions and concerns email us at [email protected].  

Full refunds are issued if requests are made up to one week before classes start. A 25% refund is issued after one week of start date. Course tuition is non-refundable after one week of start date. Please check our Withdrawal and Refund Policy for more details.

We encourage students to make every effort to attend class. Please inform your instructor with the reason for your absence.

Jannah may be off on some government holidays, and is off on major holidays and breaks such as Eid break, Fall breaks, Winter break, and Spring break. Please contact [email protected] for more details.

Classes will be held live on Zoom (https://zoom.us/). You will be emailed the Meeting ID and Passcode to join your class once you register for the course and pay your tuition. Further details will be provided after registration.

Yes, you are free to ask questions throughout the class as well as email any questions you may have after the class.

Yes. Students will receive quizzes and tests throughout the semester and varies with each instructor.

Yes. You will receive lesson plans on the first day of class.

Students should have note-taking materials such as a notebook, pencils, and pens. Students are encouraged to bring a Qur’an.

Homework assignments vary depending on the instructor. Please ask the instructor for more details regarding homework at the beginning of the term.

Quranic Alphabet and Tajweed courses are recorded. Rest of our courses are not recorded.

All registered students will have access to the course recordings for 1 month after the last day of classes. 

No. All students who attend the classes must be registered.

Certificates are issued upon request after successful completion of a course in Year of Quran program.
